Jules GThe man I dealt with at the front counter was horrible. Rude, dismissive and uneducated about the U-Haul policies. I will never be using U-Haul again because of this.
CHRISTOPHER HCargo van rented had dead battery. Was offered a cube can which was appreciated. Charged for 6L of gas despite returning vehicle with same fuel level as when it was rented. Person at the location did not check the gas or mileage upon my departure.
