I had booked online. When I arrived I asked to bring the truck back to the location instead of leaving it in Kitchener. They happily accommodated and adjusted the return time and adjusted the rate. I rented the 10 foot and have not driven a better U-Haul truck! I've driven a few!! The return was fast and easy. Will definitely recommend this location for your truck rental needs!

Fernando AI don't think anyone can ask anymore of the staff, unless you pay them more. They already go above and beyond, both employees were awesome. Best U-Haul experience in my life, and I would definitely recommend and use again.
JONATHON SDrop off was easy. I used the website instead of downloading the app. Esso staff person there took my key and checked the truck again as I was leaving. Easy drop off. Lots off space to park the truck.
JOHN TInside of van was very dirty with stains all over seats and dirt in dash.
