We not only received a truck with broken wires resulting in us not being able to close the door or being able to drive the uhaul without our things falling out for 24 hours while we waited for roadside assistance to come from an hour away, we had to leave our open rental inside locked gates at a storage facility, which got us in trouble and fined for violating our contract, we were then told our rental would be extended, free of charge and we would be reimbursed either partial or full refund amount for all the stress and headache their faulty truck had caused. Which wasn't the case at all, I have an email plus a note on the file stating both of those things yet there was an e alert flagged on mine and my husbands names, numbers, emails and credit card for a past due balance of $260.92 and we were denied a rental ... and to top it all off, we were charged for 5 days ... we couldn't use the rental for the first 24 hours due to the door not closing and then you charge us for a 5th day because we picked up the uhual at 525pm and dropped it back off, on the 4th day ... but at 632pm .... now having said that, we arrived to drop off the rental at around 500pm but had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service in regards to the bill, promised reimbursement and free extended rental. They refused to take the kegs back from me until I spoke with customer service and there was a note on my file. I have never had so many problems in such a short amount of time from one company. I will never waste my time using their services again, nor will I ever recommend them to anybody.

keeping the gas level at some random level(rather than full) is unfair to the customer when it comes time to try and refill to the original level at beginning of rental.
JAMES Mi initially had a reservation at speedvale avenue in guelp but my equipment was not prepared when i got there for mobile pickup. i had to wait for over an hour to get service which sent me to another location. very disappointing.
OLIVER BYou overcharged me. The guy who attended to me told me i am to pay 185$ yet i was charged over 400$ for what? . I have made a formal complaint to my bank and they will get back to you . Very poor services better refund my $285 back to my credit card.
CLAUDIA CAttendant didn’t come out and inspect Vehicle before we left. I could Barely understand him. Clearly Not trained properly in basic fillingmout forms. For example he’s adding in information that is incorrect in fields (my phone number with my wife’s name, and names and numbers reversed) only to get us out of there.
