i initially had a reservation at speedvale avenue in guelp but my equipment was not prepared when i got there for mobile pickup. i had to wait for over an hour to get service which sent me to another location. very disappointing.

You overcharged me. The guy who attended to me told me i am to pay 185$ yet i was charged over 400$ for what? . I have made a formal complaint to my bank and they will get back to you . Very poor services better refund my $285 back to my credit card.
CLAUDIA CAttendant didn’t come out and inspect Vehicle before we left. I could Barely understand him. Clearly Not trained properly in basic fillingmout forms. For example he’s adding in information that is incorrect in fields (my phone number with my wife’s name, and names and numbers reversed) only to get us out of there.
