Review your website it was a horrible experience. The location was fine but returning the vehicle was a disaster.
DERRICK RMy only confusion was with the phone app... it asked me to begin "check-in" over a week prior to the rental, and it was not clear whether that was paperwork that could be done ahead of time or not. Next time I would just arrange to go inside rather than use the app. The staff needed to give me the key regardless. They were friendly and professional.
David CIt says to put the key in the uhaul drop box but there’s no drop box outside. The store has to be open for me to drop off the truck. That’s not “24/7”
