Overcharged the CDW (i waived it in the initial booking) but i was charged in the final bills. Take the trouble to get refund.

The truck was very new and clean inside. The back really needed to be swept out but other than that we were really happy with it and the ease of driving. The app is really easy to use and made the process quick and easy!
VALARIE PI was charged double the base rate and CDW even when returning the truck same day. The attendant at the store did not know anything about how UHaul operates and was less than helpful. I have had no response from the store or from UHaul help.
