Norris MAt drop off I explained the above to the drop off agent. He seemed to show compassion and sympathy for it and discussed with me a possible cost adjustment. He told me that he was going to speak with his regional manager at U-Haul and get back to me by the end of the day with an answer. He promised me that. This never happened. So again more disappointment.
