The equipment was clean, but the tire pressure on both wheels were extremely low (44 and 49 psi; tire is supposed to be 65 psi).

The running lights on the trailer did not work.
lee cCouldn’t be any better. We were about 45 minutes late for our pickup appointment—we called them to bring them up to speed. When we arrived to pick up our trailer, they were ready. Took about 30 seconds to hook up—another 5 minutes to complete paperwork—and we were on our way way!
jim tStaff very friendly and helpful. Also if you are short like 5' 1" the side mirrors are not adaquitly adjustable also happy I had a pillow to sit on, lol.
