ROBERT HThe pick up location would not of known the problems with the truck unless they took it on a test rub on the interstate. the truck needs to be taken out of service I gave the list of problems to the drop off location. It was the worst truck I have ever rented and I have rented many u haul trucks

Edward BI am a 63 year old female! When I went to drop off my trailer I could not lift it because there wasnt a turn handle to lift the weight. The office was closed and before I came to the site an hour late becuase I was waiting on the 1-800 number and finally the recording said there would be a 3 hrs wait!!!! So I went to see if I could drop it off and hope I wouldn't be charged for another day. I was so disappointed that I had to wait and beg some young man who was dropping off his big Uhaul truck if he could lift the trailer off my hitch ball. He helped me; but also said that was the worst designed thing he had ever seen. Besides that. What about someone with bad backs and or a lady. When they hooked it up I was in my car backing it up and did not notice the way the trailer’s hook up was or I would have asked how to un hook it. I think that someone at the front desk should let people know how heavy it is and they should suggest to bring someone to lift it up for unhooking because the office will be closed and no one there to help. I wasted about 3 hrs getting this return done with waiting on the phone and waiting for someone to kindly help me at the store!!! Ugghh It was hot and I had my dog in the car. Thanks for hopefully reminding folks of this inconvenience in the future. By the way, The office guys were excellent helping when I picked up the Trailer and their service was good, too. Thank you for reading this feedback. I wont be renting a trailer again unless it has an easier way to lift and unhook the trailer. A

MICHAEL HTruck door was bent at the top frame it rained just as much inside the truck as it did outside the truck.. also severely cut my hand on the truck loading ramp. When i told the guy at the store Cameron he just kinda blew me off saying he would look at it.. even i say severely i cut my left thumb and hand to the bone.. on a sharp edge of the ramp when reloading it into the truck.. will be talking to my lawyer about this..

Aufry OI was a little disappointed because I dropped the truck off on Sunday but it showed Monday morning and I was charged an extra day.
Edward BOnline dropoff on a day they were closed, easy access, plenty of room to drop off trailer. Online dropoff instructions worked fine.

Andrew MThe cab of the truck had coffee spilled on the console, there were empty drink cans under the seat. The radio did not work. Other than that, it was fine. these are minor items and i would definitely use them again.

Kip PI was informed on the rental agreement that I could return the unit after hours by downloading the app. Since Monday was a holiday, the only option was to return the unit "after hours." The software on the site DOES NOT allow for the return of equipment after hours. I had to wait and call a representative on a holiday weekend. This delay impacted my schedule significantly.
David KThe equipment was clean, but the tire pressure on both wheels were extremely low (44 and 49 psi; tire is supposed to be 65 psi).

lee cCouldn’t be any better. We were about 45 minutes late for our pickup appointment—we called them to bring them up to speed. When we arrived to pick up our trailer, they were ready. Took about 30 seconds to hook up—another 5 minutes to complete paperwork—and we were on our way way!
jim tStaff very friendly and helpful. Also if you are short like 5' 1" the side mirrors are not adaquitly adjustable also happy I had a pillow to sit on, lol.

DANIEL HI brought truck back with slightly more gas than when I departed. When I asked for itemized receipt I was told I owed 14.00 for fuel. SAME OLD SCAM. When I produced a receipt for gas purchased just minutes before returning truck and easily enough for miles driven the employee withdrew his insistence that I owed for fuel.
RICHARD MI have rented from this location many times. I’ve never had anything but a great experience. However, today my experience started poorly when the employees told me I had no reservation and that I’d come to the wrong place in spite of the fact my reservation specified the location I was at. It was annoying but I got over it. Then one employee walked me out to connect my trailer and while telling me he’d previously hit tailgates with the tongue, he drove the tongue into my tailgate resulting in a small dent and scratch in my paint. He never apologized, he just tried to rub it out. After we went back inside the desk agent asked if I’d like to file a claim which I affirmed. She said she’d research how to do so while I was out with the trailer. Upon my return, the same employee who damaged my truck came out to disconnect it and said he needed to take another picture of the damage and that they’d filed my claim. He then asked me if I was sure I really wanted to file a claim which confused me bc he said they’d already filed it. When I asked him about the discrepancy in what he said he just repeated the question that he wanted me to be sure I really wanted to file it. This was incredibly uncomfortable after an already infuriating situation. That employee has no business dealing with the trailers. He also shouldn’t try to grill someone about being sure they really want to file a claim. It’s bad business.
JONATHAN GThe location that I rented the truck was great. The truck itself was well used and did not smell very well. Uhaul needs to monitor the condition of there vehicles more closely. I guess the only way to state this is I felt very uncomfortable operating this truck. Thank you.
