This was my first time using a uhaul. When i pull out of the uhaul center I realized I could not see the traffic to my left and right by turning my head as i would have done in my personal vehicle. It took me a bit to get ajusted to the truck driver type of mirrors on the sides. I would recommend uhaul make movers aware of this difference if they have never driven a uhaul type of truck before. Needles to say the uhaul experence was helpful.

The truck that was rented to us was raggedy and very slow. It's frustrating traveling from Mississippi to Atlanta with a horrible truck. They had me to pick up the car dolly in one location and the truck in another because the rep..schedule the reservation wrong. Then I had to wait another hour because they didn't have the reservation numbers. .The drop off location in mcdonough had rude and unprofessional workers. I will never want to rent from u haul again. It's to much of a hassle. I wish I could be reimburse some of my money for pain and suffering but that's just my luck. Not a good experience

I was billed twice on my credit card. The first charge of approx $107 was correct. The second charge for $6,800+ was incorrect. I am working with the location to cancel the charge. That was absolutely a ridiculous mistake; we were a local 1-day rental.

I wasn't informed that I needed to pick up the vehicle from the local U-haul office until I went to the local u-haul vendor. The customer service was great in Gulfport, but the truck was not clean. I was disappointed that the trucks 12V power source was not enough to keep my phone/GPS charged.

The customer service is horrible at this store. I would not recommend it to anyone. Also, just to note here, there needs to be an updated way for the customer to get checked out easier. We should not have to give ANY information when making an online order. All should come up immediately on the computer system. It is redundant to have to give your personal information twice. Makes no sense. Then why do anything online other than to assure that what is needed to rent is available? I am sure my comments probably will not be addressed, but at least I am expressing what I feel. There needs to be an easier way of checking in and out. And the online system needs to be updated.

Upon arrival on Tuesday, January 12, we were not greeted by the female working. Nothing spoken. We finally were waited on. She did NOT explain to me WHY I had to give ALL the information again to her. I had already reserved the trailer ONLINE. No one should have to go through all that again, with the reservation #, that should be enough to get speedy service. If not, then why even go online to do anything. Also, I had ordered online supplies, that never was mentioned about the pick up. I had to mention it, and then instead of confirming what I had ordered, she just pointed to the stretch wrap and said IS THAT WHAT YOU ORDERED. I told her YOU ARE ASKING ME? Don't you have it front of you. She said... I WAS JUST MAKING A STATEMENT. I said I didn't want to take the wrong thing. She KNEW what I had ordered obviously because she printed out the receipt for the online order with the total on it. Then, the worse part came when I saw her take a folded piece of paper and throw it away. I thought it was the paper I had the reservation number and information about the supplies I ordered, and I questioned her. She picked up a piece of paper out of the trash and showed me what she threw away. I was not trying to be argumentative, I Just couldn't find my folder paper in my purse, so I continued to question her. Obviously she got upset with me, and literally grabbed the trash can and lifted it up toward me for me to look myself. I felt she might as well have put it in my face. I did look, then as I searched my purse, I found what I thought was thrown away. I said I'm sorry, I found it. I knew I usually write others things down I may need is why I really needed to find that paper. Then... she literally didn't say another word to me. Just sat the contract on the desk, I stood, not knowing if the process was completed. My husband walked in, and told me to take it and let's go. He walked out, and she was sitting at a desk with someone else. I told her aloud that I would be contacting the general manager about her putting the trash can in my face, and out loud, in front of her customer she began to argue with me. It went back and forth and before it got out of hand, I told her I was sorry, and I left. SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS, or she needs more training on proper customer service. She is not a good customer care service rep for your company. Also, the man who clocked in after 7, not sure of his name, a heavy set gentlemen, didn't offer to help with anything inside. He just walked around, not verbally saying anything. This is not a great location for customer service, I would not recommend it to anyone because of this one woman. I know I am not right about everything and I have no problem admitting it. The way I was handled from the time I walked into the store, added to my frustration. When I brought my Truck and Car Dolly in on the date on the Contract...they forgot to log in the Tow Dolly which was attached to the truck...I received a Email of non delivery of Tow Dolly...this cause me some unneed concern...and hopefully it will be resolved shortly!

When customers come into your establishment, it would be nice not to have the Manager/employee on a conference call. Especially when he has it on speaker phone. I could barely hear the young man asking me all the questions, and me asking questions. It was really rude. Call should have been taken in office are some other place. Not in front of customer.

The representatives at this location have always been suboptimal. Historically it has been worse that it is now, but even today the attitudes of the reps are as rude and aloof as the DMV!!! If you show up expecting efficiency and friendliness? Turn around and walk away! If you just have to go there, take Xanax!! It'll make your encounter with the employees less painful.

Make sure the equipment works properly! When someone has broke down you returned our call immediately! Investigate and make sure that your people that works for you or accountable for their actions and follow proper procedures!

Was a little confusing on drop off. Sign said to wait for assistance with your equipment but no one came out until after I went inside. Went back out and was told to go back inside for paperwork. Was odd.
