I was charged $25 because the moving pads were not folded. I was not notified about a charge for not folding the moving pads. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to be checked out. I will not use this location again and given the circumstances I may dispute the charges with my credit card company

When I picked up the truck, it was marked at 5/8 fuel, but was closer to 1/2. I returned it slightly above the 1/2. I had to walk all around the facility to find someone to check the truck in. When I finally found her, she had to find her boss to adjust the gas charge. Then HE charged me for a full day (although the time difference was only 3 hours and no one said anything about a deadline to return it, just the day before closing). He also charged me for fuel, although it was almost the same as when I checked it out. I tried to tell him the ramp didn't work correctly and he completely ignored me. I rent from UHaul once a year to move supplies for a convention, but I think next year I'll check out Enterprise or Penske because this guy was totally out of line. I will NEVER use this location again...EVER.

The person that checked me out did not pay attention to what was placed in the system and tried to charge me for something for 2 day rental. He checked me out on his cellular device and had I not read my receipt I would have been charged. They have got to be careful when using their devices to check customers out.

Don't reserve a uhaul for a location that is closed without telling the customer they're closed then switch they're reservation to a different location without informing them and changing their uhaul to a smaller size, making the customer not able to fit all their things in their ONE WAY trip and not offer any kind of apology or solution!!!

Made reservation for 0700, the pickup location was not open until 0800. Truck size states 2-3 bedroom I guess that means if you only have bedrooms in your house? Or maybe it means you can advertise falsely so your customers will have to purchase more items. Well, that's business, you will never have to worry about my business again. Toni in Gulfport was great and very professional no courteous, that's probably because she isn't from Gulfport. Goodbye.

The employees were very friendly the only issue I have was with the maintenance of the mileage on the vehicle I was using and the gas in the tank was not accurate they charge me more on gas than the mileage I drove and I don't think that is right but besides that it was okay so the way I think that you can improve with the next customer is to actually walk out with the customer to verify the mileage and the gas that is in the vehicle and do a walk-through

Manager was extremely rude. I have used this location many times in the past and never had any complaints but this by far was the worst experience I ever had! The other em employees were very nice and helpful and even kept apologizing for her behavior. To much to write here but that woman does not need to work at any job involving customer service! The way she spoke and acted to me was not ridiculous!

All personnel need to be available at stores opening. It is the busiest time of the day. Secondly, if you are going to have the express check-in option on the web, then it needs to work at the store for check-in. It took me just as long as it would if I would have never completed it online.

The gentleman said we had agreed to pay the insurance on the UHAUL trailer, when in fact, it was not on the reservation. We were charged for it and now trying to dispute the charges. How corrupt!!!!

I had to inquire about the insurance for the trailer I rented, so maybe asking the customer if they needed or wanted it would be nice. But the staff was very informative, friendly and helpful.
