My unit 1020 leaked water and had mold damage unknown to me m, so for months my stuff was getting ruined and I had no idea. uhaul claimed that because I didn’t choose to use their insurance that it isn’t on them at all but I think when you say you’re providing a service of clean dry storage then you should back that regardless of if I paid extra for insurance or not because you did not provide the service I paid for. It was bad and all my stuff is gross and a lot of clothes and things are ruined
