SHANE SI originally had a reservation with a u-haul center in Gulfport at 1132 Pass Rd. The store rented the equipment, a tow dolly right out from underneath me. I had an 0900 reservation and they rented them at 0800. This was to say the least INFURIATING, I had to drive all over Gulfport to find another!!!, really a CRAP move on the part of U-haul. If it wasn’t for the nice lady at the location I may have missed my move.!. BOO U-HAUL!!! This is a nice location with nice people, otherwise U-haul sucks for rentals!
