I originally had a reservation with a u-haul center in Gulfport at 1132 Pass Rd. The store rented the equipment, a tow dolly right out from underneath me. I had an 0900 reservation and they rented them at 0800. This was to say the least INFURIATING, I had to drive all over Gulfport to find another!!!, really a CRAP move on the part of U-haul. If it wasn’t for the nice lady at the location I may have missed my move.!. BOO U-HAUL!!! This is a nice location with nice people, otherwise U-haul sucks for rentals!

That wasn’t my original pickup point. I was scheduled and confirmed on another place across town. I was a half hour behind on pick up and got a call saying if I didn’t come get it it would be given to someone else. I showed up at the location on my reservation they had no record of me looked me up in the system and seen I was transferred to the other location without being notified.

WILLIE BThe truck has numerous dings, including on the windshield and gouges in the steering wheel. Although it was supposed to be clean, the cab was dirty and the cargo area had remnants of the last user. However, your rep was awesome! Kudos to her!
