The U-Haul location was great, took care of our needs without issues. But the actual U-Haul system is questionable. It needs to be upgraded, it causes unneeded problems for customers and business owners, we had issues when reserving a truck and when picking up and dropping off, we could not get the pictures and information to load properly. But the Owner made it right and and everything was good.
