The only thing that i didnt like was not being able to get a receipt,,,,, having to wait to have one emailed to me... i was on the road working on moving and did not have access to a way to print from my email and reading this info on a cell phone is a pain in the butt

LARRY SDale is a nice guy and was the reason I rented the truck in the first place. He was very helpful in explaining everything about how and how much the rental would cost. It's not his fault that U Haul of Plano gave me a truck that shouldn't even be in service.
