Everything was good
Charles DTruck was dirty, foul smell and the windshield was filthy.
SUZANNE HEmployee put wrong return city in and when I tried to change it customer service kept me in the phone for over 20 minutes until the actual office I needed to speak with had already closed. And a one day rental has now cost me over 300 dollars. Will not use U-Haul or recommend shut to anyone again I’m still waiting on a return call to see why my charges were so high. It’s been two days
