There was one person operating the liquor store, bait and tackle store, gas station and convenience store and U-Haul service. We signed the appropriate papers. I did not have blankets as I have been told would be available when I called to check in and ask for them to be reserved. They have them in inventory but nine actually in stock. We were not told when to turn it in or where. I know that was somewhere online but I would've expected it to have been covered when the attendant spoke with us in person. He did not walk out to make sure that my husband knew how to attach everything safely or had the proper size ball. When our rent was not large enough to take off the ball we had that was slightly small. He had no tools and offered no help. We ended up having to drive it on a ball that was slightly too small a little ways until we could detach it. And go purchase a wrench so that we could put on The proper size ball. It's set us back an hour and a half. The woman that I spoke with them Friday, Wanda Apple leave was very helpful and very nice. Unfortunately she was not there on Sunday

Not only was the lady at this location completely incompetent, picking this up took forever because she had to run cash register at this location helping local customers for their store while trying to multi task and help us. However it was obvious the local customers were much more important then helping us. My suggestion, have 1 uhaul rep and 1 counter girl to run the local store. Also, my overall uhaul experience was very very horrible. The likelyhood of me using uhaul in the future is highly unlikely. I've even posted my experience on social media to discourage others.

The pickup point is a quick stop store, gas station, abc store combined. The only employee there did not know anything about the tow dolly I rented. I have never used this type of dolly before, so I had to do my best alone. I was towing a car behind a motorhome. The pickup point does not even carry uhaul parts. I had to travel a hundred miles without lights before I found a place to get an adapter for my lights plug. This place should not be used as a pickup point.

half hour plus to return truck. one lady on duty at station had to wait on customers, I had to wait till she called owner to come in,, he did not seem very pleased to do so. had parked truck on property but was told to go and move it closer so the could check miles and gas. over all the worst experience I have had in all the years I have used uhaul.

No U-Haul trained persom was available at the time I dropped it off. Had to call U-Haul direct to get the trailer checked in. It was a good and satisfactory rental but certainly not gradeable as Excellent.

I made an online reservation for 7 days, but the person at the pickup location changed it to one day somehow. I was charged $30.02 and asked her again to make sure that was correct. She double checked and said yes. After returning the rental, I got another invoice for ~$160.00. Had I known it was going to cost $190.00, I wouldn't have rented it. I was also told the trailer was due back at noon. I dropped the trailer off at 9AM, but was charged an extra day because it was apparently due at 8AM. I called UHAUL customer service and they were very unhelpful. Long story short, I will not be renting from UHAUL again.

The truck was dirty in the back and the engine was knocking. The person where I picked the truck at was not friendly.I was very unhappy that uhaul did not deliver the size truck that I ordered. They delivered a much larger truck than I ordered which resulted in more gas. Also uhaul DID NOT allow me enough miles for my move and the man at Paul's where I picked the truck up at said he didn't. Know how to adjust it for me.

I ordered online and requested a dolly to help move appliances. When the men arrived it was not with the rental. They did not make the reservation so they just picked up the truck. It did make it very difficult for them to move stuff. Would have been nice for everything that was confirmed online to have been there :( That one little thing made a huge difference in our experience.

Truck was dirty and unfit for the road. Leaked fluid in my driveway (which will cost me money to fix), had power steering issues, transmission issues, horrible breaks ( had to use e-marketing to stop truck on multiple occasions. I would not recommend u - haul to anyone in my area. If I had the time, I would fight for a full refund.

We rented a 5x8 trailer that was suppose to only cost us $18.95. Your agent charged us an extra $53 that he said was only a deposit and we would get it back when the trailer was dropped off.

I will prob not use uhaul again. I reserved for one location close to my house. Got an email the day before we were due to move that you guys changed our pick up location. And I could not cancel bc I received the email less than the 24 hour cancelation notice requires. When I called your 800 number the guy really did not care that this was an inconvenience to us. I have too much going on right now including a very sick child that is having major surgery on tues. If I would of known in advanced I would of reserved the truck I actually needed (17 foot truck) and drove to get it or would of went with another truck rental agency competely. But your email was too late to change any of that. The people that we dealt with were okay. Not pleasant but not mean. Should def offer larger trucks.
