My only complaint is that I booked a month in advance and still had to drive an hour out of my way to get the truck instead of being able to use one of two local places. This costed me extra gas and time. I do appreciate that I was able to get the truck a day earlier because of this and the return date was not changed.

the Guttenberg Powersports and Marine was decent. However, the customer service could be different. The first lady that i dealt with lied about a previous conversation, as I had a witness in vehicle as we spoke. She wanted to have us pick up a truck in another town, an hour away which we could not do, she then stated that we could. Then the day before we got a call from a different person saying the same thing. i told her what had happened and that would not be acceptable. i told her that i needed to know if we couldn't get the truck in Guttenberg cancel our crew. She then did call about 1/2 hour and it was all worked out. The former lady lied and then hung up the phone on me as well.
