They said it’s a quarter of gas and we they gave us the truck , the truck was empty , we ordered blankets and a trolley, and when we get the truck , they told us that they don’t have it , we are very disappointed, we didn’t have time to find moving blankets , we tried the best with the stuff that we have , but one of our table got destroyed, we were trying to reach the manager and we are not getting respond

Werks Auto did great. They were 5 stars all around. I marked this as 2 stars to draw attention to NOT Werks, but the 800-GO-UHAUL customer service agent I spoke to when I made the reservation. I was NOT told that I could get a free month at a climate controlled storage facility. This is *exactly* what I needed and ended up booking with another company out of pocket ($210) because I WAS NOT told I could get the same thing for free thru my U-Haul booking. I'm terribly disappointed with the customer service rep at 800-GO-UHAUL and will be seeking a better resolution. JD at Werks Auto was awesome and deserves 5 stars.
