Well, they closed earlier on Saturday so I was trying to call them before they closed and no one answered or got back to me and I had to do a contactless drop with the vehicle, but that’s OK

the truck was great the person we dealt with appeared to be too busy and just wanting to get rid of us not interested in our needs or questions in the past they would show you how everything wrks . he just point out where truck was he seemed annoyed to have to deal w us no blankets the truck was clean and everything in wrking condition
maricarmen tMy only complaint is twice we ordered a truck from Rifle Colorado location this past month. First time we had to pick up in Grand Junction and second time we had to pick up in Gypsum. Both not very convenient locations. Grand Junction location was approximately 50 miles away and Gypsum was well over 60 miles away. However none of this is due to the facility we had to pick up from but rather the Rifle location.
Andrew TI have picked up and dropped off at this location for both business and personal rentals. The owner and his team are excellent. Everything is always ready at the scheduled time AND they make time to help get you out the door quickly.
Brian AWe dropped it off after hours so didn’t interact with staff but it was confusing to know where to park the trailer.
