Does no one do customer service anymore? The guy was working on something on the computer and I stood there for in front of him and he said nothing. After a couple of awkward minutes, I said hello, he said hello, and then silence again. After a few more minutes, after I pulled the truck key out of my pocket, he said "are you returning a truck? Is it clean? just leave the key". Again, no one cared that I was a customer
