The human interaction portion was awkward. Would have been much better without that part.

The door was open but we never saw anyone, thus the "no" for helpful personnel. Allow at least 15 minutes to take numerous interior and exterior photos, park the truck and take a photo of the parked truck, turn in the key, and to submit other required info on the U Haul app.

Denis AIt was a very homey atmosphere standing at the counter and looking in. A man was seated on a couch at a table. He looked like he was playing with his phone. The woman that helped me at the counter was homey, but not in a professional way. With a lot of the work done by me ahead of time it shouldn't have taken as.long as it did to get the process done
LAURA OU-Haul's computer system was apparently not working, since I never received the pre-trip paperwork (registration, etc.), or post-trip paperwork (receipt, etc.). Still don't know breakdown of charges.
