Check out took much longer than it should have but it was not the dealers fault. Apparently the central reservations computer system went down so the backup system had to be used which took the extra time.

I reserved a truck from the branch close to my home near Maugansville, MD over a week in advance. The day before my pickup, I was told I needed to go to another location to get the vehicle. This caused extra mileage to be put on the truck and an unplanned waste of my time. Why wasn't the truck brought to where I reserved it? That's simply poor customer service. The man at the Frederick Street location was excellent.
