Close this location. I have rented from U-Haul many times. I chose the pickup location of Shawley Drive in Hagerstown. Which have used many times. I also choose drop off in Winchester, VA. U-Haul chose to change both locations. The pickup location did have the hand cart for moving a freezer. So after picking up the truck I had to drive to the Shawley Drive location to rent the hand cart I neede.

it was ok.
sade aYou made me go multiple locations the next town over. Then each locations stood in line for 35-70 minutes. Then when I got the trailer he wanted to charge me to install it to the uhual. Not to place my car on but to put onto uhual empty.
