William the guy at the counter was very friendly and a nice guy to work with. The van I rented needed a brake light and a blinker light on the opposite side of the truck replaced. I thought basic safety checks were routinely done.

Looked like a dirty garage, no people, poor signage, address was unclear. No designated place to park. A disaster.
Lori GUsing the U-Haul app was terrible. I scheduled two different trips. For each one I couldn’t see them on line after scheduling to make changes. Also my additional equipment ordered was not available on pick up. Check in was too long.
