The tech was very personable and pleasant. The location was a bit strange as the trailers were parked across the street from the office. I would suggest that this location have some basic items associated with using a Uhaul trailer. For example- packing blankets, boxes, and tape. Also, unbeknownst to me, I needed an adapter to plug the Uhaul into my truck. So I had to go to another UHaul dealer, buy the adapter and return to get my trailer. In ordering a trailer, I would suggest you inform the renters of the need for an adapter and that the pick up location sell the adapters.

tony pWilliam the guy at the counter was very friendly and a nice guy to work with. The van I rented needed a brake light and a blinker light on the opposite side of the truck replaced. I thought basic safety checks were routinely done.
