1. You changed the pick up site to a location 45 miles beyond Frederick -2. We were saddled with a bigger truck than we wanted to drive! 3. Pick up location was inundate neighbors and a drunk male harassed us while we tried to navigate with online pick up. He even tried touching husband multiple times! 4. We didn’t know policy for gassing up filled truck$160 for 200 mile trip. 5. When I called customer service to report gas issue- our mistake but we could t be prepared as we were trying to get away from drunk male. I got sympathetic words but no follow thru or offer a refund for gas $ spent.
