I paid $327 up front. The guys had no clue where the key was. Then realized no one ever took it from the drop box. The seats were filthy and we had to clean them enough to be used. The truck was definitely not checked between the person before me and myself. The day after returning it, they tried to charge me over $200 for God only knows what. The gas was where it was when I picked it up. It was cleaner upon drop off than it was upon pick up. So these people literally tried to get well over $500 out of me and all I did was drove it 2.5 hours away from where I rented it from. Thats absolutely insane. The rental was only 227. Like I said, I paid 327 up front. Thats 100 over. Then they tried to get 200 more out of me. Thats fucking crazy. For the sake of ignorance of attempting to get even more after I should have got the deposit returned, should absolutely qualify for a refund or partial. This is highway robbery. To top it off, not one person has emailed or called me regarding the truck. Wild, huh.... I will never use uhaul again. I will absolutely pay the insane prices just to use pensky. The difference there is, customer service is better AND they tell you what they are robbing you for, unlike uhaul, they just randomly try to take random ass large amounts of money. My mind is blown. I cant believe it!
