If I would of known they was charging me $1.74 a mile..I wouldnt and won't rent one again $115
Robert SCab was dirty and had trash in it. Box was dirty. AC didn’t work. Weird hissing sound. Truck needs work

CHARLES AClose this location. I have rented from U-Haul many times. I chose the pickup location of Shawley Drive in Hagerstown. Which have used many times. I also choose drop off in Winchester, VA. U-Haul chose to change both locations. The pickup location did have the hand cart for moving a freezer. So after picking up the truck I had to drive to the Shawley Drive location to rent the hand cart I neede.
