The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I rented a moving van and the vehicle was new and clean.
Clayton NI had a last minute opportunity to pick up some items on a sunday afternoon. i made a reservation online and was able to pick up a truck within an hour. i was truly surprised at how quick and easy it was to get on the road. i returned it after-hours using the app. the only thing i didnt like was downloading it and taking all the photos (hate techy stuff lol)...but it was way better than having to return the truck the next day. NOTE: 1.30 per mile AND still having to pay for gas is ridiculously expensive. i wouldn't have paid it if i had any other choice!
DENISE GCustomer service was up the par. The guy was really nice and respectful.
Courtney SCheck out took much longer than it should have but it was not the dealers fault. Apparently the central reservations computer system went down so the backup system had to be used which took the extra time.
