Guy at counter was very professional and courteous. Everything was great, only thing is they could have done a better job of wiping down inside of truck like cup holders, etc. Still 10/10 rating because that’s just a pet peeve.

ROBERT BFirst of all no one told me I was charge by the miles I was traveling. At the time of rental. This would have changed my rental decision. Every u haul rental location should disclose this mile charge at the time of rental and not assume the customer understands.
