Original return when I did online reservation was for a double D's repair because we weren't traveling to Clermont. We were given two locations and couldn't find the drop off for one and 2nd address the place didn't open up until 12.. with all this made the return 20-30 minutes late because we had to hunt for a place to return our truck. Went to this location Tropical after getting help from uhual storage that was too full to take the truck.. but got charged the extra minutes .. I know all that is protocol but doesn't seem fair to charge us extra if the addresses online are not up to par and made returning difficult.
