The person who was supposed to be there was not there, another gentleman helped us. He was very helpful. The trailer however, the right brake light was out and turns out the tire tread was low on one of the tires. We had a blow out driving 200 miles out.

When picking up trailer, the business owner was not available. Uhaul dispatch got in touch with him to let him know that we were waiting. Everything else went well.
Ken LMy suggestion would be to eliminate the extra step an additional registration form when picking up the vehicle. The extra time filling out the form creates additional delays.
john sSo grateful to have a Uhaul equipment drop off in Baker county. I was able to discern where to drop the trailer b/c of where another one was, but was unsure if that was totally kosher. I understand not having personnel on the weekends, when I dropped off, but some extra signage would be useful so I know where to drop equipment without affecting their day to day operations.
