I called in advance to schedule a pick up in La Grande. I NEVER got a call from uhaul. I had to call and to find out my pick up location was over an hour drive away round trip. Not happy at all about that. The guy there was nice and very friendly. Little hard at hearing and took a bit at the computer. Honestly my poor rating is more about the service leading up to pickup.
brandon T.The fellow came out and greeted me and took the keys. He didn't seem to be interested in anything else. I thought he would want to inspect the vehicle? But I guess not? I simply dropped off the vehicle with a half tank of gas and went home.

robin M.Car hauler should never been let out. All of the marker lights did not work and there was extensive damage to the drivers side stabilization bar. No contract was given and I didnt even know how much I was being charged.
