The attendant couldn’t be bothered to check in the trailer when I dropped it off, 30 hours early. And I had to do all the work. 26 hours later, it was still not checked in, so I had to drive back down there and do the self-check in. And again, I went into the store just to let the attendant know I was there, and all I got was “Huh” while never once looking up from his phone while sitting on his butt.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWORST location I have ever used. I chose to pick up the rental truck at different location. The day I was scheduled to pickup the rental, I was advised that I had to use this location. Staff at this location could barely speak English. We could hardly communicate at all. He seemed bothered and put out that I was even there. The truck was clean, but I had ordered 3 dozen furniture pads. There was only 1 dozen pads in the truck. Staff said he didn't have any more to give me. The fuel was left at less than 1/4 tank. I understand that this is acceptable for UHaul, but it is inconvenient. I have to start off filling the tank. Then, I have to calculate how to bring it back at the same level. Lots of fun when you are traveling 900 miles and trying to do the math. I have always used UHaul and been very satisfied with the vehicles and staff. This was the exception. I implore UHaul to NOT continue using this location. This facility makes UHaul look bad.
