Experience was well I set up the U-Haul app on my phone. The location I rented from I just went there when I could deal with a person which made it a lot easier. The only thing that could’ve been better is they could clean the windshield but other than that, my experience was great. Everything went well Fairly efficient. It took a while, dropping off the truck to get through all the stuff on the app.

The online checkout took me a while but I figured it out
TERRY ZI got the uhaul dirty and i actually left it cleaner then i recieved the rental and i got charged 100 and now its a process to get the refund so im a little annoyed that on my end i left the tank on full and got charge a 15 $ fee for safemode that i never asked for.
CRYSTAL ACheckin was very quick and easy. The truck was in great condition.
