Employees not well versed on Contracts And Just not very organized at all... Van was dirty and driver side door wouldn't close completely !!! What kind of BS is that? Whoever is running UHAUL needs to make changes or be fired for allowing this to Happen to Any PAYING CUSTOMER !!! I Won't Ever Use UHAUL again or recommend them to Anyone. Unless I'm reimbursed or given a Huge discount on my next rental....

The truck was covered in dents and scratches, door was very hard to close (had to slam it multiple times to get it to shut). Worst of all, while driving down the interstate the visor came lose, dropped directly down into my line of sight while it was pouring rain, when I tried to place it back in it's holder, the whole thing came completely appart. I placed the visor in the passenger seat! VERY DANGEROUS and extremely unsafe.

I drove the van 19 9/10 miles. I did not put gas in and was above the 1/4 tank line which would have tripped an additional charge of $35. I was told that for them to replace the gas I used would be $4.50/gallon. I chose to return without putting gas in and was accepting of the $4.50/gallon charge, expecting 2 to 3 gallons needed as I only drove 19 9/10 miles. And no, the truck was never left running in a parked mode. I was told upon arrival that I would be charge $22.50 for gas, which would equal to more than five gallons. Irritated and frustrated, I took the van and put 2.5 gallons of gas in it. I return again and I am told by a different tech that the gas fee will be….$22.50. Again?? I went inside and discussed with the manager who met me half way and charged me $11.25.In short, all was well and easy with the exception of the return and the gas issue. I felt like I was being scammed in a way.

Lines were long, not enough help behind counter. Our representative was awesome, she was working the line well, but it didn't seem fair to her.

I was not happy with the charge of using the unit for 5 hours only drove 15 miles replaced the gas and was charged about $53.00 19.99 for the truck+ $14.00 insurance then charge .79 cents a mile just seems like double dipping if you ask me I have never paid that much using your service and I have used your service a lot. next time I might need to check out your competitors I am very saddened but I am about saving money.

I would recommend this location to anyone in that area. I didn't really get to converse with any of the employees due to the location closing shop. The remaining employees there helped me with what i needed to know during that time. As in where the key drop box was. That was about it.

Have someone at the counter who knows how to process transactions. It took 1/2 hr. to rent a trailer and then they neglected to put the appliance dolly in the trailer so I had to get one from somewhere else. Very inconvenient. When I called twice, I was told I would get a call back and never did.

U-Haul is always my go to. The only issue I had this time is with the gas. The pick up was so fast...I mean literally 5-6 minutes. I signed and was out. I honestly did not pay attention to the gas that was mentioned on paper. When I got in the truck it said 1/4 tank. Drove from Arlington to Watauga and did not put gas. When I turned the truck on(at my home) after the 45 minute the gauge said full. I knew that was wrong because when I pulled off of the property(U-Haul Arlington) it had only 1/4 tank. From my home to the gas station it was going down slowly but I never knew exactly how much was in the tank. I put $15 and then the drop off location was less than a mile away. When I got home and looked at the paper work I signed off on 3/16 of a tank. I really don’t think it had that much and maybe the previous renter did not mention it. When I dropped off the U-Haul the gauge says it’s almost full but I don’t know if that true due to it only saying I had a 1/4 of a tank when I turned it on. I am being as honest as I can because it’s not fair to the next renter that thinks it has almost a full tank and it might not and they get stuck on the side of the road. I also do not think that it’s fair that I am being charged a fee for being honest. The picture I took during drop off says it’s almost full but I know I only put $14 or $15 in the tank. I really do hope this issue gets resolved and I don’t have to pay more than what I am responsible for. I’ve always used the rental service and want to continue.

The trucked leacked. And got me all wet. I almost lost control. Because of the suprising water. I asked for some one to call me. And I still have not received a call The owner was rude. I would not reccomend this location. And the truck was sluggish in reverse
