I would liked to have been able to get the moving blankets we needed. We also paid for 6 and only received 4. If I would've known they wouldn't have then I could've been better prepared. They were very friendly and super kind about everything though.Mason J.

Watha's was great, but the truck we rented was terrible condition. The check engine light came on and it had no power. We called uhaul and they send a mechanic from the Wathas location, but the truck could not be fixed so we ended up driving to unload and then taking it back. Uhaul needs to do a better job taking care of their equipment.Jamie S.

The second time I used uhaul and I had another horrible experience. The last person I talked to I wish I knew her name was the only person out of four people to help me. When I called and ordered the truck it was supposed to be a 15 foot truck when we picked it up all they had was the 26 foot truck they said that we weren't even supposed to take it out of town when we went to return the truck there was no where to park the truck so we had to find another drop off location it was just another bad experienceKourtney D.

Very helpful! I was supposed to pick up my uhaul in Tuscaloosa. We drove all the way there only to find out they didn't have my 6x12 trailer. They said they sent me a text telling me to go to another location, which was 57 miles from there, but they did not send me a text. My mom who lives in hamilton ended up having to pick this one up at hamilton to bring it to me in Tuscaloosa, an hour and half drive. Thankfully the hamilton location was great and able to provide me with what I paid for. Glad they were able to fix another location's mistake.Victoria H.
The truck was dirty. I took pictures of the debris, nails, trash, etc. that was on the truck when I opened it. The actual process of renting the van was T E R R I B L E . It took about 2 hours for the staff to do what I had already done prior to arriving. I made the reservation for the U-Haul online, but it wasn't showing on their end. Furthermore, the equipment that I had reserved was unavailable, even though the website at that very moment said that it was. (In the two hours I was waiting for the two women to make the reservation, I did another online reservation at a U-Haul renter in Winfield. Upon calling, I discovered that the website also lied about what was available at their location as well.) As for customer service, I stood... at the counter for two hours. Aside from being made to feel as though I was a bother and the source of their frustration, I was offered nothing for my time wasted. I'm appalled that a company that's been in business for so long could be so disorganized and careless with its customers from reservation through purchase. If I didn't need the equipment that day, I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere. When I told the drop-off U-Haul employee about my horrendous experience, he said there was nothing he could do. At least he offered an apology, but U-Haul is too expensive to be so unprofessional. HIGHLY dissatisfied. Definitely do NOT recommend.Sasha J.
The rear passenger side tire blew out and the trailer vibrated for most of our trip. O ly to find out from the road side assistance guy that it had the wrong tire and rim on it. Three wheels were the same. The one that blew out was a different depth and not the appropriate wheel. That was a little unnerving and cost me nearly two hours of travel time. Truck was not where we were told, had to drive 60 miles to get the truck and back from original location. Tires were bald. Called customer service and was yelled at by the customer service agent!!!! ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!! The ladies at Wathas Inc pickup were wonderful so this is about the customer service, NOT the pickup location employees!!! i will NEVER EVER rent from Uhaul again after this customer service incident!!!
