Morgan B.I rented a u haul for one day traveled 6 miles and made sure the tank was on full !! I got a bill stating I traveled 6 miles the tank was on 3/4 charged 33.00 for gas!!! I will never use the drop box again and a different company. That is a way to make extra money off of a rental
SHERRY P.Watha's representatives are very easy to work with and very kind and helpful. I did run into a situation where the lady that took my payment over the phone, left midday and didn't tell the next shift worker that my reservation was complete and paid for. So when we came to pick the truck up, there was confusion about the reservation not existing (in the system anymore, since it had already been paid for). Improved communication between coworkers would have been nice in this case, but overall my experience was very positive.
