Not charge me a $25 cleaning fee after I cleaned the truck and left it cleaner than it was when I had first gotten it. I’m still waiting on my refund of that $25

Considering I've got a partial cast on for my knee because I was in a bike accident a couple days ago. And she was not accommodating. She is short with me. I have a lady that was with me to prove how it was treated.

JASON DKeep trailers in stock. I live in Jasper Al think there are :4 dealers Kept checking for a week no trailers. U-Haul did reservations for one on July 31 in Fayette Al I called day before on 30th said they didn’t have one and was not expecting one. Good thing I didn’t make that 40 mile out of the way drive. U-Haul did find me one in Hamilton Al which was still a 40 mile drive out of the way from Jasper Al going to Auburn Al. But I did get a trailer even if I had to go 59 miles out of way to get it. Point of sadness is you better call what you picking up to confirm a day ahead because U-Haul don’t let you know if I hadn’t called I would if driven 40 miles to pick up nothing and 40 miles back home because they didn’t let me know. Same thing happened several years ago on a 26’ truck. I went to competition and got one. But Hamilton was very nice and respectful.

Brenda HWhen we picked the truck up from Winfield AL the truck only had 3 quarter of gas in it but I filled it up when we returned it. I thought when a person rent the truck that was one of the rules.

Morgan bI rented a u haul for one day traveled 6 miles and made sure the tank was on full !! I got a bill stating I traveled 6 miles the tank was on 3/4 charged 33.00 for gas!!! I will never use the drop box again and a different company. That is a way to make extra money off of a rental
SHERRY PWatha's representatives are very easy to work with and very kind and helpful. I did run into a situation where the lady that took my payment over the phone, left midday and didn't tell the next shift worker that my reservation was complete and paid for. So when we came to pick the truck up, there was confusion about the reservation not existing (in the system anymore, since it had already been paid for). Improved communication between coworkers would have been nice in this case, but overall my experience was very positive.
Abigail WDon’t cancel my reservation within a few hours of pickup. The location took over an hour to setup a new one then the ball size had to be changed to accommodate the trailer
Kelly SDrop off location couldn’t tell me any info on what the pickup location had told me about money back for being under mileage and returned a day early. I was told I would have to contact the person whom rented me the truck. I. E. No communication between rental places or info on the web for them to view.

Bryan BBe careful of the huge pot holes where the trucks are parked drive slow so you don’t damage your personal vehicle. Other than that no problems whatsoever
Marti LThey are rude. They do not know the system it takes at least two people at minimum 45 minutes or more to get the process taken care of. Two weeks ago I rented from this location it took an hour and thirty mins and cost 45.00 when I was quoted a lower price at the beginning of the process. Today it took one hour to rent today and of course wouldn’t know the price was higher by the time my card was ran

Bebjamin WAwful experience, what is the point of a reservation if you don’t reserve what the customer wanted? We had to drive over an hour to grab a uhaul when there were 5 locations nearby .... when we returned the uhaul they made us feel stupid that we didn’t know how to use the car carrier when everything was perfectly fine ... terrible service we will never use Uhaul again!
Lucas MI would liked to have been able to get the moving blankets we needed. We also paid for 6 and only received 4. If I would've known they wouldn't have then I could've been better prepared. They were very friendly and super kind about everything though.

JAECINE CWatha's was great, but the truck we rented was terrible condition. The check engine light came on and it had no power. We called uhaul and they send a mechanic from the Wathas location, but the truck could not be fixed so we ended up driving to unload and then taking it back. Uhaul needs to do a better job taking care of their equipment.
Jamie SAwful. I brought it back after one day and got charged for 12. I notified U-Haul when i dropped it. I need refunded immediately. Very dissatisfied.

Jonathon UThe second time I used uhaul and I had another horrible experience. The last person I talked to I wish I knew her name was the only person out of four people to help me. When I called and ordered the truck it was supposed to be a 15 foot truck when we picked it up all they had was the 26 foot truck they said that we weren’t even supposed to take it out of town when we went to return the truck there was no where to park the truck so we had to find another drop off location it was just another bad experience
