The gentleman running the location was rude and rushed the process. I noticed it was rushed so I pulled up to where he couldn’t see me to check the connections the chains were right but trailer was not locked on the ball. I locked the tongue onto the ball and checked the plug to make sure it was correct. Overall the pickup experience was rushed and clearly mistakes had been made.
