First one way uhaul available. Our other ones were cancelled, we had to wait three days.
This is the second time I've used pullen's for uhaul rental. The gentlemen that work there are very pleasant and helpful.

Regarding placing the original order by phone and a subsequent phone call follow up, the wait time for a customer service representative was unusually long. Also, I thought I was ordering a furniture dolly and instead I got a hand truck, which is not what I wanted.

No directions on How to drop off truck, and sign was mislabeled and incorrect starting a printed contract must be given along with key, or face a fine. This needs to be updated. Key box also smelled of cigarettes

We were not informed about having to put gas in the truck before we returned it and it was not part of the initial online process. We thought the per mile charge covered that. Then the final bill had a $30 charge for 8 gals of gas. That's $3.75 a gallon!! Robbery! Too bad because we need to rent another truck next month and probably won't be going back here because of this.

The young man who helped me was extremely polite, efficient, and flexible. I was very pleased and grateful for such a positive experience and such great customer service. I would definitely use them again
I am disappointed with my U-Haul experience. When we picked up our trailer we found out our ball hitch was the wrong size and the electrical hookup would not fit the receptacle on our car. We had to run out to a local auto center and purchase these items. U-Haul either needs to have these items available or tell customers the expectations of hooking up to customer's cars. We then find out that one of the turn signals doesn't work on the trailer (a danger/potential traffic ticket for us) and the braking mechanism on the trailer was not compatible with our car system. I will think twice before using U-Haul as I did not feel particularly safe.
I was overbilled for two items that I'd noted were not provided. The dolly was not available at the location due to someone else renting it. The furniture pads, never requested and removed from the vehicle by the attendant as I received the keys, were also charged. I pointed this out on returning the vehicle in the app and also to the attendant, who was just closing up shop when I returned the vehicle. So I'd like that $10 credited, which it hasn't been. Those two things, despite being minor, leaves me feeling unsatisfied with what overall was a very good experience. Hope you read this and rectify it.
Cory is an awesome person. Took care of us really well and made our weekend an amazing one.
There was no dolly at this location or anywhere in NJ. It seems this is a uHaul problem and not location problem. This caused me a delay as I was on hold for 40 minutes and extra time to load and unload without a dolly. This ended up causing me not to be done before drop off location closed. If I had known, I would have bought a dolly. So, I will probably try a different vendor in the future that can guarantee equipment or at least notify me that equipment will not be available.
