i have had rodent problems since october/november and have spoken to management and corporate and it seems that the lack of communication between management and corporate aren’t on the same page. i had sent pictures of dead mice inside my sneakers and belongings.i had trusted your facility with my belongings. talk about first impressions. not good. i had moved out on 2/2/25 and my belongings were all filled with mice droppings and food the mice had brung.

Of particular note, when I checked out on Sunday, 1 September, I had a fantastic customer service experience with the employee on duty (Alex). He was dealing with a difficult customer/situation, but maintain a professional composure and still handled the other customers in line with a professional, expeditious, and extremely polite manner. He even called at the end of the day to confirm my request. I was very impressed! It's that kind of customer service that will make me a repeat customer.

THRESA V | Overall ExperienceMade a reservation prior to checking out in June. The facility told me the reservation was complete. Arrived on August 3rd and couldn’t find my reservation. I was the very first one in line and other customers started arriving 10 minutes later. The guy at the counter instead of helping me just left me hanging and helped other people that came after me. I called Uhall to make a new reservation, I then told the counter guy I made a new reservation. He asked me to self check in. I tried doing the self check in and I was unsuccessful. I saw the manager and I asked him for help and he completely ignored me, he told me to wait for the guy at the counter. Two hours later he came back to me and tried to help me check in. He had no experience with the process, he then called his manager who told him he has to release the unit from the computer before I could self check in. It was so frustrating . Never again I will go there.
