1st trick would not start and I had to go to a secondary location. 2nd location was better but interior of truck was not swept out.

Not a good customer service I wait 2 hours just to tap the card the machine was not working
Parminder SVery disappointed! It was hard to get the key to turn in ignition. Had to get my son, who was helping me move, to start the van. Then the gears/shifting/response was really jerky and it made me nervous to drive. Not all renters of your vans/trucks are men. Also, no padding or tie down straps were included. Worst U-Haul rental experience I’ve had!
