I rented a 15' truck and purchased boxes and moving supplies. I reserved the truck online and ordered the boxes and supplies online. I received email confirmations for each transaction, and I creased an online U-Haul account which enabled me to view the transactions. Despite all of this automation and confirmation, it took 15 to 20 minutes to locate my orders in the U-Haul computer system when I returned the truck and unused boxes. (This was a frustrating waste of my time, especially since I found the order numbers using my phone but the store was unable to find the orders. I confess that I did not have the printed receipts that were provided when I picked everything up, but I believed the online U-Haul account and email confirmations would eliminate the need for printed receipts. And please note that I picked up and returned the truck and boxes at the same U-Haul store.) To add further frustration and concern, two days after returning the truck, I got a call from U-Haul asking when I would return said truck. The computer system seems to need refinement, and/or staff needs more training.

The gentleman who was there the day I reserved the truck excellent. He made it easy and plesent. The lady who was there the next day when iboicked up the truck and spoke to the next day when called to confirm the extra day (I made the arrangement with the after hours number) was very rude, made me feel rushed and all around Unpleasant. I do beleave if she was there when I made the reservation I would have left without renting.

There were two people working the morning of 4/8. One agent was servicing a customer while the other agent was behind the counter on the computer. Neither agent greeted us when we walked in and in fact, the agent who was not helping anyone walked in the back. She never said hi, or let us know someone would be with us shortly. She simply walked away. We waited about 5-7 minutes for the agent to finish up with the previous customer and then we were greeted and serviced. At some point during our transaction, the woman agent returned and interrupted to let the other agent know that a previous customer needed their car attached to the truck and she doesn't do that. Very rude but consistent with the service we received walking in the door. Additionally, I had to ask for the furniture pads as they were not in the truck. Prior to leaving, the agent proceeded to tell us "Don't mess up this truck. It's brand new. It has less than 200 miles on it." 1. Who says that to a paying customer? 2. I purchased Safe Coverage insurance so it really wasn't necessary. Just poor service all around.

I rented the vehicle for 24 hours I paid 108.64. this morning I received a phone call wondering where the vehicle was. I only had 4 hour rental. It is nice to find out that I was the last rental from yesterday and the vehicle cleaner can go home after my vehicle was finished. I was told by Alma that it was up to her if I could keep the vehicle and they had other rental agreement for the vehicle. so my reservation was being called back. Boy did I waste my time getting a 24 hour reservation off your website and basically got told I have twenty minutes to turn in the vehicle or get charged another day.

This was the worst experience I've had and I've used this location numerous of times. I placed a reservation for 2 p.m was not helped until 2:45 and the truck that I requested eas not available due to the keyd to the vehilce could not be found and that took another 30 minutes. I was given an alternative that was way too big for my needs. When I returned the vehicle the parking lot where I was supposed to leave the truck was completely filled I could barely get the 15-foot truck into the lot where my own truck was parked, In order to get my truck out I had to find an alternative route out of the lot that was mostly flooded with water... Very disappointing experience...

The sump pump in truck loading dock needs repair or replacement. The loading dock truck ramp had 3 feet of water in it after day of rain. 3/25/17. Very good people at this location. They are pleasure to do business with, and they keep facility and equipment clean.
