Scheduling was horrible. No one had a clue what was going on and I kept receiving calls telling me what I needed wasn’t available and I needed to change my reservation or keep it for a higher price.

I can't think of anything needing improvement. I would like to take a second a comment about the person helping me. I cannot remember his name, but, I have interacted with the guy renting me a trailer in the past and he is definitely the personality type that a company needs handling customer service. Definitely a professional.

Your gas estamation was way off I ended up putting over a quarter tank in my rented truck that I didn't use and was about .8 gallons less then what your page suggested. Your team on duty was able to informe me it was my fault and they couldn't do anything for me.

Pay attention when the customer states how they would like to pay. My card was charged after I stated I would be paying on cash. I do not blame the gentleman behind he counter. He was working very hard with his only help being a new individual (who was very polite, but not able to effectively assist him with the amount of customers waiting to be helped).

When i got there for my reservation with my cash payment the system was down..so i waited n waited.finally drove all the way to my bank to deposit the cash so i could use my card...ok got the truck at 1 pm n brought it back by 10 pm and put the gas back to the line they told me to but next day i see they charged me 8.00 for gas..so i suggest u take a pic video or something as proof because i kno i put the gas to the line but they still said i didnt..then was told my deposit wont be back on my card for 3 to 5 days..so i suggest using cash if u dont want thst to happen..that is all
