First and mainly the young man who was at the counter by the name of RYAN MIDKIFF was constantly on his cell phone in which it seemed as though he was really engrossed in what was on the screen and kept on typing which was being very distracting from what he was SUPPOSED to be doing which was to take care of the customer. Afterwards he said he was getting in touch with his boss. Get this, the boss was RIGHT THERE. They also have a way of contacting with another way instead of texting on a cell phone. The other issue was he did NOT check the gas gauge or mileage on the van in which we rented for moving our items. When we came back to drop off the van it looked as though we used way more gas than what we actually used. We had only gone 12 miles total. This particular vehicle was a new one and could NOT have used that much gas. The girls that were there when we brought it back had said he has been caught on his phone before. I do NOT wish to use this particular location again because of this problem. This young man does NOT represent the U-HAUL brand . Thank you for allowing me to voice my concern with how we were treated. The boss there was very nice however and should not have to deal with these things.

It was a good experience returning the equipment. The manager was very helpful!!! We had called several u hauls that would not take the equipment( claimed they didn't have the space.

Online for the truck I rented it said it would be 0.59 a mile and when I got there I was told it was 0.79 a mile. That is very pricey especially with it being mid week.

Bad experience with uhaul. I misjudged the truck size and got a 20 footer instead of the 26 footer. The attendant at the location flatly told me that they didn't have a 26 footer and hence I was stuck with the smaller truck, I was willing to pay for the 26' but he seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me once I had made the payment. Keep in mind that I was moving my family 3 states over, and the total cost for the rental was a lil over $2,000. Needless to say, I couldn't fit all the stuff in the truck and when I spoke to a different agent about the issue, she casually informed me that I had to pay an extra $800 for a 10' trailer. Now I had to pay for an extra month at the old place and have to get another moving truck to get the rest of my stuff to the new residence. This time, I will try penske. Stay away from uhaul. They got too cocky thinking they dominate the truck rental industry. Remember, even the Great Roman empire collapsed eventually. You will have it coming.

Employees appeared to be helpless when it came to overriding a computer assignment for an (auto transport) trailer rental. I've explained to the front desk employee upon pickup ( the man was very nice and helpful) that I had concerns with the width of the specific trailer ibwas assigned vs other trailers (different style, same price) that were available on the lot. The employee had informed me that the trailer was assigned to me by the computer and that he couldn't do anything about it. The track width of the sports car that I was transporting cause my wheels to come close to rubbing on the edges of the trailer upon loading, making the loading and unloading process a very nerve-racking experience. This could have been completely avoided if I was given the other trailer that had a more proper track width. Upon the return of the trailer, I ask the dusk employee what I need to do or ask for in order to be able to reserve the wider trailer next time, she give you the rundown about how the computer would assign me the trailer and that she couldn't do anything about it. I have not yet posted any reviews on Google, Yelp, or any other website. Yet I would like to hear back from U-Haul customer service in regards to this specific issue before I publicly speak my opinion. Regards.

Upon returning the truck they give my final bill and tell me because I returned it late there’s a extra fee, and when I stated that the employee that took care of me stated that the time didn’t matter and her response was, I doubt someone said that. That was very unprofessional seeming that I was told that and she wasn’t there to even justify if I was told that or not to even make that statement. Then I’m assuming the other lady I dealt with was the manager took over n she was just as worst. They were just very unprofessional about the situation and I didn’t appreciate it by being a paying customer that use your company often. I never had that experience from this location before and I was very dissatisfied with the returning portion of my visit. NEEDS BETTER AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!!!!
