I dropped the trailer in an unpaved area near the business. The local support people were great and were able to assist me with the drop off by phone. This made it very easy for me.

With the mobile app, I had to take a pic of the front of my license several times before I could move ahead in the app. Also, I suggest that you allow people to take a picture[s] of the van vs. trying to upload pics - this would be a great help.
