This local is convenient to my needs. The person working is kind and customer service friendly. However, there is a lady that works for Uhaul call center for the Hampton, GA surrounding area that is not an asset to Uhaul. She is very rude and unprofessional. She canceled my reservation twice and wanted to send me to a Stockbridge location many miles from where I live for a truck. I told her no ma’am I booked near my home that is convenient for me. Then, she said the truck wasn’t available. I was so mad. So, I called my local Uhaul authorized location and booked through him. I didn’t have any issues with the local Uhaul guy.
