Truck wasn’t cleaned upon pickup time attendant stated online didn’t know the truck was scheduled for a cleaning and had no other truck as an alternative and the truck was given with 38 miles to empty and I had no other choice seeing as though I’ve had this reservation since 8/10/2026.

Rented a truck for 2 days, the truck check engined light twice which had to be stopped and road side called. Was unable to finish my move and will now have to wait to get another truck as I am out the money on the initial truck. Was refunded the wrong drop off and over charge by corporate uhual.
