SOUROV DOverall, U-Haul is a great company to rent equipment for your needs. However, I had an issue with this specific location. They charged my card incorrectly, showing that I kept the vehicle for three days, when in reality I only had it for about 2½ hours. The problem occurred because the staff was not efficient with checking vehicles back in. When I returned the vehicle and asked them to close out the rental, I was told that a U-Haul representative would inspect it the next day and that I would then receive the bill. Instead, the next day I was surprised to see in the mobile app that I had been charged for three days. Although I did receive a refund, I strongly request that U-Haul take action to prevent this from happening to other customers. Charging customers incorrectly can be misleading and may harm U-Haul’s reputation and prestige.
