Charge for 2 days ,while you rent for one day and check-in and check-out with them.they are cons and dont do business there

nothing comes to mind keep up the good work
DAVID RI reserved a 15 foot truck at a U-Haul in Williamston MI to move my daughter. I did not rent it from him though but He was very helpful in allowing me to look at my options. I picked up and dropped off at Hamtramck MI hardware. When I arrived it look a long time to get everything finalized. Then, they could not find the key. This added another 1/2 hour to the process. They never found the key. They offered me a biggér truck at same rate but it was too big for the driveway. So I rented the 10 foot truck. It was too small so had to make 2-trips instead of one adding more time to the long day and had to pay extra mileage. I would not recommend renting from the Hamtramck hardware.
MICHAEL WCustomer service is not very good. They sometimes don't listen very well and didn't want check vehicle out when I returned it and to give me a recipient.
