Straps and the appliance dolly would have really helped but I was told that they didn’t have them as I had requested on the app.
PAUL LThis was an after hours return. The parking lot was full and it hadn't been plowed after the snow. My main complaint is that there is NO dropbox for the keys! How is this allowed? What if the truck was stolen after I dropped it off? Would I be liable?
