John MChester CA was great, but the guys at Harbor OR were very unpleasant. I dropped the U-Haul and trailer off a day early cleaned inside and out, I cleaned the cab and they still charged me additional miles and I was told if I dropped the thing off early and cleaned I would get discounts. I am not happy I was charged more when I went above and beyond to get the thing in early for you guys and cleaned. When I paid almost $1,000 dollars already. I am not happy about that and I will be telling people about that.
dwayne wNot only was he super helpful but the tow we rented worked like a charm.he went out of his way to make sure we rented the right tow for our bus. My husband and are in our mid 70's and we loaded up m vw bus ourselves without a hitch! Thank you so much. We will definitely keep you in mind when we need towing.
