Why doesnt this ask if this location was clean and inviting? Clean the building. Remove the pets. Hire new people. It was absolutely disgusting inside. The cats were roaming all over the store with empty food cans littered all over the place, which the dog would walk around licking. There were piles of old, dry, chunky cat vomit in the corners on the floor. The merchandise was covered in spiderwebs and dust and cat hair. The counter was covered in paper and junk. The printer had old dry vomit all down the side. One cat jumped on the counter and when it turned around it had a dry liquid running down its legs. Im not exaggerating, this place was so gross.
NADINE DVery busy site.
Cheri SHave all the equipment returned on the same day and time would be nice And not have to go to different places to get it
Allen PNo service whatsoever, no one present, unsure where to drop equipement and confusing. The process of turn in is burdensome as internet/cell connection is extremely poor, had to try several times and reload the turn in page several times to get it to work. Uhaul can and should do better than this, it was annoying and frustrating. They should not use locations where no one is there to process the turn in or pick up, and pictures etc. including inspection of equipement should not be put off on the customer. Treating your customers like employees is a terrible attitude and way to do business, again... DO BETTER.
