U-haul is not the primary business of this location. It is a campground. The owner is an older large woman unable to do the physical work required to hitch and unhitch a 12’ trailer. I did the work. She does not have normal equipment I have seen at other U-haul locations to help with moving trailers, to hitch and unhitch.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was around, couldn't find anyone to help. No number, office was locked during their posted business hours. Very difficult to unload trailer, no room to maneuver. Run down vehicles were blocking the road.
