I did not get opportunity to review truck...did not get text link after leaving premises. Also, this was way out of my way compared to the location I selected. Actually resulted in me needing to pay more mileage.

I use this when a cargo van will do. Anything bigger I'll go with Ryder because UHaul lets people reserve trucks and then doesn't deliver.

No furniture dolly and the truck smelled like a smoker

There was an issue with the side mirrors. we were unable to adjust them properly and had to strain to see out of them. The top large mirror only gave us a view of the side of the truck. we were not able to adjust incrementally but had to push it out too far. It was a problem on both passenger and driver side of the vehicle.

The truck smells horrific, there were chewed up sunflower seeds in the doors as well as garbage in cup holders and doors. The windshield wipers need replacing. I filled out the check in information online and was then asked for this information again once I got there.

T-bone Detailing (2040 Lucon Rd, Schwenksville, PA 19473) first of all had a location that sent me to a private property based on GPS coordinates. Once we looked up the actual location of the business there was a locked fence that prevented us from dropping off our truck. Their description states they are open 24 hours. We tried calling them and leaving voicemails and no one answered or responded. Very disappointing. Additionally, I had to call U-haul to change the location. The first woman I spoke with was very rude. She transferred me to the scheduling department after I asked if she would be willing to. She did. We had to drive to the new location and was charged for going over in miles. This is not because we felt like taking a Sunday drive but because driving to the initial drop-off location, then driving to a new location was not planned. I am requesting a reimbursement for the over mileage charges.

Fix your website so that orders and confirmations actually go through. U haul online is horrendous. I called individual locations. Had a reservation with an email confirmation but, it was in someonelses name.

We have done a lot of business with this location. On 7/29/29 we rented a 10 foot truck. We realized it was a little too small and asked if we could exchange it for the 15 foot. They said yes. Less than an hour later we returned it and got the larger one. We got charged for the full day rental for the 10 foot even though we exchanged it for the larger one. The guy was extremely rude about it. Customer service was terrible. We won't be going back. I'll drive the extra miles for Enterprise.

Website allowed 4 people to reserve the same truck. Luckily, Daniels had a 10 foot truck to rent to us but the smaller truck required two trips instead of one, resulting in more time and cost for me.

The online check in process was a disaster. Thankfully the nice woman at the location helped my husband with our “incomplete contract,” (even though the completed contract was emailed to me. I reserved a furniture dolly which was not there, and we were charged for insurance that we declined. Despite these company errors, the staff at the location was helpful and saved what could have been a disaster.

The associate who hooked my trailer on never locked the trailer and it fell off my hitch going down the road causing me to go into a ditch. Thank god I avoided the expressway. Very unhappy considering I almost crashed into a tree.
