This review is complicated. The mobile pick up was an absolute mess. I spoke with 4 different people for more than 2.5 hours and could not resolve the issue over the phone. We abandoned the attempt and picked up the next day after driving to the location and spending an hour in a dark parking lot ultimately attracting law enforcement. The mobile process is not trustworthy. The in-person process was friendly and efficient.
Naila NQuick and easy pickup. Didn't expect to have to drive 45 minutes to pick up the trailer! Was told it would be available at a closer location!!!!! The staff at Best Car Wash also seemed surprised we had to drive that far for pickup!
