Original location took my reservation, but didn't have keys ready for after hours pickup. After waiting for a hour, I was relocated to this location. In both instances the app failed at every turn. I had to work with an agent on the chat. They were very helpful. But the overall experience was horrible. The app asked me to scan a location barcode, but the barcode was nowhere on site.
MICHAEL EMop and clean up the back of the truck it was extremely nasty and little to nothing in gas in it definitely need to do a little better with cleanest
