I really hate doing reviews because it’s not my character but they need better uhaul trucks. They are old, raggedy and unsafe. I had to trade in 1 truck for another and there was not too much difference. Terrible. I’m sorry!! I do not recommend this location.
Tina BDrop off was at Owosso off of M21 and the employee called me and threatened to call the police on me because he was too lazy to go and actually look outside to see that the truck was in the parking lot
Sonny PI was charged a clean up fee even though the vehicle was clean when I returned it. I was charged gas even though I put the hand back where it was when I got the vehicle. I've never had that problem before. I think it was because I brought it back 2 hours late. I was charged more then double the price so no i will not be using uhaul anymore. And this is the second time I didn't receive my dolly even tho I paid for it. At this location.
