Took the truck back and it was making us "scan a barcode on the black return box". There was no black return box, just an orange. The orange box did not have a scanning label on it either
Nathan J.Changed the pick up location without notifying me. All the equipment we had pre-paid for was not in the truck. Location was closed on Saturday morning. Trucks front end was a disaster. Wheel shake to the point of being unsafe. Told the 800 number. They didn't seem concerned. Just a overall poor customer service experience.
Randy W.My problem is not with the location but with my experience with U-Haul. My pickup time and location was drastically changed last minute and I had to completely rearrange all of my commitments to be able to get a truck. I also did not receive the furniture pads or appliance dolly i reserved and paid for. The location was fine, just dissatisfied with U-Haul and hope I never have to use it again.
