Was surprised I was charged for 10.4 miles over a limit on mileage. We used the truck for a one way move and the closest drop off that would take a drop off. Good thing I was able to drop off at this location. Otherwise it would have taken much more than the 10.4 miles to drop off at another location farther away.

No masks were worn even though it's a state requirement. Also, during checkout other staff kept asking about repairs for other vehicles so the person was distracted the entire time.
