The location is perfect as it was 5 min from home but the van was stuck in the snow and there was garbage inside the van, McDonalds bag with garbage inside. Also, are there snowtires on these vehicles? I got stuck in my driveway, snow covered but plowed, and had to get a load of sand to get it out..was not impressed as youd think these vehicles would be prepared for our Ontario winters and road conditions

I booked a 15 foot truck 2 days in advance. Arrived 30min before scheduled time. The van was covered with 5cm of snow on the windshield and roof. The van would not start, I went in told the agent and he told me to turn the key. My husband had to tell him the battery is dead. He went and got a booster cable and my husband had to clean the snow off the windshield boost the van and let it run for 15min. Then we saw that the fuel was empty. We put $70 of fuel in drove to Mississauga and returned the van with more fuel than what was left for us and they still charged us $20 extra for fuel.

Janeen ATruck battery y was dead. Up-charged to use bigger truck that was not needed. Had to shovel snow out around vehicle before use. Garbage in rear of truck.
