He could not speak English and don't think he could speak English either. I got thumbs up from him and I believe he said " gas good, no charge". When I got home there was an additional charge on my credit card. When I called Uhaul, I was told it was for gas. I had filled it back to the same level as when I picked it up. The agent on the phone said she would refund me but I have not seen the credit yet. I also called the guy where I returned the truck. I told him I did not appreciate his dishonesty. He hung up on me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAttendants were sort of clueless
Brian TI order dolly and asked to put dolly inside truck. Also called multiple times to remind this and they forgot to put dolly inside. Also Uhaul charged ne for dolly in final Receipt.
Siddharth CMy rental transaction went very smoothly. No complaints whatsoever. The truck was new, ran well and was spotlessly clean. The service rep was friendly and clearly explained the rental agreement.
Kim KClean the truck before you give it to me the truck was not swept out there was a furniture pad that was thrown on the ground that I did not order or ask for. Assistant told me I did not pay for gas only km then argued with me. I ordered a peice of equipment that was not there and I had to go without. Overall it was terrible.
